Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
Crockpot Bourbon Breast of Chicken Preparation:Method:Season the flour with sea salt and paprika and use to coat the chicken. Combine the butter and oil in a frying pan and use to fry the chicken on both sides until golden. Add the onion, parsley and chervil and fry for 1 minute then remove from the heat and transfer the contents of the pan to your slow cooker (crockpot). Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for between 6 and 7 hours. Serve hot on a bed of rice or noodles. |
