2kg pork roast
Crockpot Best Pork Roast Preparation:Method:With a sharp knife pierce the pork about 16 times, making holes just big enough to insert a garlic clove half. Rub the outside of the meat with the basil and cracked black pepper then season with a little sea salt. Pour the wine into the crockpot and set the meat in this. Arrange the onion on top of and around the pork. Cover and cook on low for between 8 and 10 hours. Allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve with roast potatoes, fresh vegetables and crusty bread. |
