Ingredients:
900g rump steak (round steak), sliced thinly across the grain
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff Preparation:Method:Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot, stir well to combine then cook on low for about 8 hours. Mix the sour cream and flour to a smooth paste then add to the crockpot. Turn the heat to high and cook for 40 minutes more. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles. |
