Ingredients:
900g stewing beef, cubed
Crockpot Beef Stew Preparation:Method:Layer the potatoes on the base of a crockpot, cover with the carrots and then the beef. Whisk together the soy sauce, salt, paprika, black pepper and flour until smooth then pour over the top. Spread the chopped onions over everything then combine the beef stock and tomato sauce and pour over everything. Cover and cook on low for between 7 and 8 hours (or high for between 4 and 5 hours). |
