Crockpot Autumn Pork Roast Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

1.6kg pork roast
salt and black pepper, to taste
180g cranberries, finely chopped
60ml runny honey
1 tsp freshly-grated orange zest
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg

Crockpot Autumn Pork Roast Preparation:


Method:

Season the pork with salt and black pepper then place in the base of a crockpot. Combine all the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cook on low for between 8 and 10 hours, slice and serve hot.
