Ingredients:
1 brisket of corned beef
Crockpot Apple and Brown Sugar Corned Beef Preparation:Method:Cut the meat in half if very large then add all the ingredients to a large crockpot and stir to mix. Cook on high for between 4 and 5 hours (or betwen 8 and 10 hours on low). Remove the meat at this point and slice thinly across the grain. Plate out the meat and surround with the vegetables. Spoon a little of the stock over the top and serve. |
