Creamsicle Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Graham cracker cheesecake crust
480g cream cheese, softened
180ml orange juice
1 tin (225ml) sweetened condensed milk
300ml Cool Whip

Creamsicle Cheesecake Preparation:


Method:

Prepare the biscuit (cookie) base according to the graham cracker cheesecake crust recipe.

Add the cream cheese to a bowl then beat to soften before whisking in the swetened condensed milk and the orange juice. Fold in the cool whip then pour over the prepared crust. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before removing from the tin and srving.
