Ingredients:
3 tbsp long-grain white rice
Cream of Rice Pudding Preparation:Method:Combine all the ingredients in a bain-marie (double boiler) and cook gently until the liquid has all been absorbed (this will take about 3 hours). Take off the heat and stir-in the vanilla extract. Either serve hot with fruit purée or fruit compote or serve cold with hot stewed fruit. If serving cold then stir-in a little cream before plating out. |
