1½ tbsp turmeric
Colombo Curry Paste Preparation:Method:Place the dry whole spices in a frying pan and toast until aromatic then transfer to a coffee grinder and render to a coarse powder. Add this to the garlic, ginger and chillies, and mix well. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour to blend the flavours. |
