Coconut Easter Eggs Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

90g Cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
450 icing sugar
45g desiccated coconut
Dash salt
450g Chocolate, melted

Coconut Easter Eggs Preparation:


Method:

Combine the cream cheese and vanilla in bowl. Gradually add the icing sugar, coconut and salt. Mix to consistency that can be easily handled, adding more icing sugar if necessary.

Form the sugar dough into eggs shapes then set aside for about an hour. Dip into the molten chocolate to coat (it's easier to do one half and then the other.
