Ingredients
450g toasted shredded coconut
Coconut Almond Fondant Candy Preparation:Method:Cream together the butter and sugar until light and creamy then add the milk and vanilla, stirring to combine thoroughly. Add the coconut and almonds then stir to combine. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) then once melted form the coconut mixture into balls and dip in the chocolate to coat. |
