Cockroach Clusters Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

350g chocolate chips
1 tsp chocolate, grated
150g raisins
220g pretzel sticks, cut into 2cm lengths

Cockroach Clusters Preparation:


Method:

Place the chocolate chips in a bain-marie (double boiler) and stir until melted then take off the heat and stir-in the melted chocolate, raisins and chocolate. Set aside to cool for a few minutes then drop the mixture by the tablespoon onto waxed paper. Allow to stand until firm then peel away the wax paper.
