Ingredients
25g butter
Cobnut, Wild Mushroom and Chestnut Stir Fry Preparation:Method:Melt the butter in a frying pan over high heat. When the butter begins to foam add the onions and fry for about 3 minutes until they soften then add the thyme and wild mushrooms. Fry for another 3 minutes, until the mushrooms become tender. Add the cobnuts and chestnuts and fry for about 2 minutes, or until heated through. Season to taste and serve. This makes an excellent accompaniment to chicken and wild game. |
