This is a classic pizza which is great for buffets and barbecues. Basically you have a split loaf of Ciabatta bread that you cover with your own choice of toppings selected from a standard list. Ingredients:
1 loaf of Ciabatta bread split in half horizontally
Ciabatta Lambada Preparation:Method:Drizzle a little olive oil over the cut half of the ciabatta bread. Add your choice of toppings to the bread then top with your selection of cheeses. Lightly drizzle a little more olive oil over the top then season liberally. Place the finished ciabatta lambada in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake until the cheese melts (about 6 minutes). Cut into slices and serve immediately. |
