Ingredients
8 baked pizza crusts (about 12cm diameter)
Choped-off Fingers Pizza Preparation:Method:Trim and de-seed the pepper then cut lengthways into 2cm wide strips. Cut each strip crosswise into 1cm lengths (these will be the fingernails) and round-off one end. Lay the crusts on a lightly-greasd baking tray and spread the pizza sauce over the top. Lay 3 of the mozzarella slices well apart on each pizza and fit a red nail on each. Place in an oven pre-heated to 220°C for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese just begins to melt.
