Ingredients:
1l milk
Chocolate Ice Preparation:Method:Add the milk and sugar to a saucepan over low heat and cook until the sugar has dissolved then take off the heat. In a bain-marie (double boiler) heat the chocolate gently until melted. Beat the milk mixture into the melted chocolate then set aside to cool to room temperature. Pour into a shallow metal pan and freeze (this can take up to 6 hours). The mixture will freeze very solid and to serve you will need to thaw in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. |
