Ingredients:
115g butter, melted
Chocolate Fudge Easter Eggs Preparation:Method:Combine the butter, pudding mix and milk in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off the heat then stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Continue stirring until smooth then set aside to cool. When the mixture is cool enough to handle shape into eggs then set on a baking tray lined with waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator to chill. When the eggs are firm melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) then set aside to cool slightly befroe dipping the hardened eggs in this and transferring to greaseproof paper to cool until the chocolate hardens.
