Ingredients:
100g brown sugar
Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake Preparation:Method:Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly with a spoon. Spread the batter in the base of a lightly-buttered slow cooker (crockpot) then pour the boiling mixture over the top. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours then turn the heat off and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes whilst still warm and serve with cream, ice cream or custard. |
