Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

100g brown sugar
180ml water
2 tbsp cocoa powder
350g brownie mix
1 egg
60ml peanut butter
1 tbsp soft margarine
60ml water
50g milk chocolate chips

Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake Preparation:


Method:

Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly with a spoon. Spread the batter in the base of a lightly-buttered slow cooker (crockpot) then pour the boiling mixture over the top.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours then turn the heat off and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes whilst still warm and serve with cream, ice cream or custard.
