Chocolate Bonbons Recipe

Origin: France      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

225g Vanilla Fondant
120g dark chocolate, grated
additional chocolate or fondant to melt and coat the bonbons

Chocolate Bonbons Preparation:


Method:

Place the fondant on a slab and knead the chocolate into this. Form the mixture into small balls and dip in either melted fondant or melted chocolate to coat. Set aside to cool then wrap in waxed paper and store in an air-tight jar.
