Ingredients:
350ml Sea-buckthorn Berry Syrup
Chicken with Sea-buckthorn Marinade Preparation:Method:Whisk together all the ingredients (except the chicken) in a bowl. Transfer to a flat bottomed dish and toss the chicken in this to coat. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Meanwhile, pre-heat your barbecue or grill. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and transfer to your barbecue or grill. Turn the meat every few minutes and brush with more marinade as you turn. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through (about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces). Discard any left-over marinade and serve the chicken pieces hot. |
