Cheesecake Custard Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

480g cream cheese
135g sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
160ml sour cream

Cheesecake Custard Cups Preparation:


Method:

Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until softened, then cream together with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly to incorporate after each addition then fold in the sour cream. Divide the mixture between a set of about 8 custard cups (ramekins), set on a baking tray and transfer to an oven pre-heated to 170°C. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the centres emerge cleanly. Serve warm as a dessert accompanied with cream.
