Cheddar Potato Slices Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

450ml Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 medium baking potatoes sliced 6mm thick
120g Cheddar cheese, grated

Cheddar Potato Slices Preparation:


Method:

Whisk together the soup, paprika and black pepper. Meanwhile, arrange the potatoes in overlapping rows on the base of a lightly-greased slow cooker (crockpot). Sprinkle the cheese on top then spoon the soup mixture over the top. Cover and cook on high for between 3 and 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
