Ingredients:
250g catfish fillets
Catfish Jambalaya Preparation:Method:Add all the ingredients (except the catfish, rice and spring onions) to a saucepan and cook until the mixture begins to turn a light brown. Season with salt and cayenne pepper then add the catfish and cook for a further 20 minutes. Mix with the cooked rice and spring onions. Serve immediately. |
