Ingredients:
720ml strong black coffee made with dark roast beans
Cappuccino Ice Preparation:Method:Add all the ingredients to a pan and heat gently, stirring all the while, until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and bring almost to a boil. Immediately take off the heat and set aside to cool to room temperature. Pour into a shallow metal pan and freeze (this can take up to 6 hours). The mixture will freeze very solid and to serve you will need to thaw in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. |
