Ingredients:
200g sugar
Candy Corn Preparation:Method:Combine the sugar, corn syrup and butter in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a low boil and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off the heat, add the vanilla and set aside. In a bowl, combine the icing sugar, salt and powdered milk. Immediately add to the syrup mixture in the pan and stir to combine. Add the food colouring (if desired) then stir the confection until it's cool enough to handle. Shape into balls, rods (or whatever you like), set on waxed paper to harden and store in an air-tight jar. Find more Halloween Recipes Here |
