Ingredients:
4 tsp vegetable oil
Cajun-style Baked Fish Preparation:Method:Combine the vegetable oil, paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each fish filet then placed the fillets on a lightly-oiled baking sheet with the seasoned side uppermost. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 200°C until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (about 10 minutes). Garnish with the strips of green pepper and serve. |
