Ingredients:
450g minced meat
Cajun Stuffed Peppers Preparation:Method:Add the meat, tomatoes, onions, chopped pepper and tomato paste to a pan and cook for about 25 minutes, until the meat has cooked and the vegetables have softened. Add the rice to the meat mixture then simmer for a further 20 minutes. Clean the peppers then add to boiling water and cook until they turn a darker green. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen towels until cold. Stuff the peppers with the hot meat mix and serve topped with slices of cheese. |
