Cajun Sour Cream Cornbread Recipe

Origin: Cajun      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

240ml milk
240g sour cream
225g Corn Muffin Mix
120g sweetcorn, drained

Cajun Sour Cream Cornbread Preparation:


Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 22cm square pan and place in an oven pre-heated to 190°C. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Allow to cool a little before cutting and serving.
