Cajun Prawn Salad Recipe

Origin: Cajun      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

1.35kg cooked, peeled, prawns
240ml olive oil
80ml vinegar
2 large onions, chopped
2 large bell peppers, chopped
salt and black pepper to taste

Cajun Prawn Salad Preparation:


Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and allow to chill for 4 hours in the fridge, stirring every now and then. Garnish with mint or watercress and serve.
