Cajun Marinade Recipe

Origin: Cajun      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

240ml olive oil
1.5l red wine
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp salt
2 tbsp Creole Mustard
1 tbsp horseradish, freshly-grated
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice

Cajun Marinade Preparation:


Method:

Stir all the ingredients together. To use, cover your meat with the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Roast or grill the meat after marianding.
