Ingredients
240g Andouille sausage (or any other cooked, spicy, sausage) cut into 1cm dice
Cajun Fried Rice Preparation:Method:Add the sausage to a non-stick pan and stir often until browned (about 2 minutes). Add the onion, garlic and okra and fry until the onion is soft (about 5 minutes). Gently add the rice and all the spices and, with frequent stirring, cook until the rice is hot and golden and the okra is tender (about 5 minutes). Pour into a serving bowl and serve with bread. |
