Ingredients
1 (22cm) uncooked pie case
Cajun Fig and Pecan Pie Preparation:Method:Mix together the cornflour and sugar in a bowl. Add the syrup, vanilla extract and eggs and mix well. Add the pecans and figs then pour the mixture into the pie case. Place in an oven pre-heated to 150°C and bake for about 45 minutes. |
