Ingredients:
1kg minced pork
Cajun Chili Pork Preparation:Method:Place the pork in a large pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until browned. Pour-off any excess fat then add the onions and cook until tender. Now add the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for a further 5 minutes, with occasional stirring until all the vegetables have softened. Now add the tomatoes, breaking them up with the back of a spoon. Stir-in the kidney beans, hot chilli flakes, oregano, cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. |
