Cajun Brew Pork'n'Beans Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

2kg Mexican Pork'n'Beans
450g tomato purée
2 onions, chopped
6 links hot sausage, siced
60ml barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cajun Hot Sauce, to taste
2 tsp Cajun Rustic Rub
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp brown sugar (or to taste)

Cajun Brew Pork'n'Beans Preparation:


Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for about 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with rice.
