240g stewed tomatoes
Cajun Beans over Cornbread Preparation:Method:Combine all the ingredients (except the cornbread and cheese) in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. To serve, split the cornbread in half, spoon the beans over the cornbread and sprinkle cheese on top. |
