Ingredients
150g brown sugar
Cafe de Olla Preparation:Method:Add 1.5l water and the sugar in a large saucepan then add the cinnamon and cloves and heat over moderately high heat until the mixture is hot (but not boiling) and all the sugar has dissolved. Add the coffee, bring to a boil and allow to boil gently, with occasional stirring, for 3 minutes. Strain the coffee through a fine sieve and serve in coffee cups, garnished with the orange zest. |
