200g pignuts, washed and cleaned
Buttered Pignuts Preparation:Method:MethodAdd the pignuts to a pan of lightly-salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter and toss the pignuts in this. Season with black pepper, add the herbs then toss to coat and serve. |
