Buttered Pignuts Recipe

Ingredients

200g pignuts, washed and cleaned
45g butter
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Black pepper, to taste

Buttered Pignuts Preparation:


Method:

Method

Add the pignuts to a pan of lightly-salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter and toss the pignuts in this. Season with black pepper, add the herbs then toss to coat and serve.
