Ingredients:
480ml single cream
Butter Pecan Ice Cream Preparation:Method:Add the single cream, sugar and butter to a saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbles start forming around the edges of the pan then take off the heat and set aside to cool. Add the mixture to your ice cream machine along with the double cream and vanilla and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the pecans to the mixture as soon as the ice cream begins to harden. |
