Ingredients:
450g Brownie Mix
Brownie Snack Cake Preparation:Method:Add the brownie mix to a large mixing bowl then stir0in the egg yolks, milk and vanilla extract. Meanwhile add the egg whites to a clean bowl and beat until they form stiff peaks before folding into the brownie batter. Pour the resultant mix into a well-greased 20cm square cake tin. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and cook for about 25 minutes, or unitl a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake emerges cleanly. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes then turn onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving. |
