Turn the mixture into a well-greased 25cm round cake tin and place in an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes ,or until the top springs back when pressed and a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake emerges cleanly. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the tin then turn onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving. |
