This is a 'chefy' version of the classic American fudge brownie mix that can be used as the basis for a whole range of recipes. Ingredients:
1.12kg sugar
Brownie Mix Preparation:Method:Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir-in the sugar then cube the butter and add to the mixture. Rub in with your fingers until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs then transfer the mixture to an air-tight container (it will store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks) or freeze for up to 3 months. |
