Ingredients:
550g Brownie Mix
Brownie Crinkles Preparation:Method:Combine the brownie mix, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix well then grease a large baking tray and drop the crinkle mixture by the heaped tablespoon onto it, allowing 5cm space between them. Place in an oven pre-heated to 190&x00B0;C and bake for about 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies are cooked through and their tops are cracked. Remove from the oven then allow to cool for 5 minutes on the trays before removing to wire racks to cool completely. They will store for up to a week in an air-tight container. |
