Ingredients
150g broom flower buds (the flowers before they have fully opened), picked and cleaned
Broom Flower Salad Preparation:Method:Arrange the watercress on a plate and scatter half the broom flowers on top. Arrange the tomatoes in a fan pattern over this, followed by the mushrooms. Scatter the remaining broom flowers over the top, followed by a drizzling of French dressing and the cracked black pepper. Serve. |
