Ingredients:
400g fresh broad (fava) beans
Broad Beans with Angelica Preparation:Method:Wash the broad beans then transfer to a pan of boiling, lightly-salted water along with the angelica. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the beans are just tender. Drain the beans, transfer to a serving bowl, dot with a little butter and serve. |
