Ingredients:
300g sow thistle leaves, shredded
Braised Sow Thistle and Button Mushrooms Preparation:Method:PreparationAdd the oil to a pan and use to fry the button mushrooms. Cook until heated through then add the chillies. Mix the cornflour into the soy sauce and pour into the pan. Season with salt and black pepper then add the sow thistle greens. Cook for 2 minutes and serve on a bed of rice. |
