Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers
Borage and Cucumbers in Sour Cream Dressing Preparation:Method:Wash the cucumbers and thinly slice. Add to a colander and lightly salt with the sea salt. Leave for 30 minutes to drain then rinse and pat dry on kitchen paper. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Add the cucumbers, toss lightly. Plate out and garnish with borage flowers and chive blossoms. Serve immediately. |
