Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Home-made French Dressing
15g blue cheese (eg Stildon, Danish blue etc)
1 spring onion, skinned and finely sliced
1 head of lettuce, cut into wedges

Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation:


Method:

Whisk the French dressing so that it's thoroughly emulsified then chop the blue cheese as finely as possible and slice the spring onion as finely as you can. Whisk to combine, serve over lettuce wedges and serve.
