Ingredients:
100g wild field blewit or wood blewit mushrooms, trimmed and sliced Blewits on Toast Preparation:Method:Melt the butter in a pan and use to fry the blewits over high heat for about 6 minutes. Stir-in the spring onion and sage and fry for 1 minute before adding the cream. Cook until the sauce thickens then season to taste with salt and freshly-groudn black pepper and serve on freshly-toasted bread. |
