Black Butter Sauce for Meat Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

60g butter
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt and freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp chopped parsley

Black Butter Sauce for Meat Preparation:


Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and cook until a dark, nutty, brown. Add 1 tbsp of the wine vinegar along with a little salt and freshly-ground black pepper then stir-in the parsley.

Immediately pour over the prepared meat.
