60g butter
Black Butter Sauce for Fish Preparation:Method:Melt the butter in a pan and cook until a dark, nutty, brown. Add the wine vinegar and the capers and stir to combine. Cook for a further 2 minutes then immediately pour over your cooked fish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. |
