Black Butter Sauce for Fish Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

60g butter
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp capers, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, to serve

Black Butter Sauce for Fish Preparation:


Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and cook until a dark, nutty, brown. Add the wine vinegar and the capers and stir to combine.

Cook for a further 2 minutes then immediately pour over your cooked fish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
